    Thank you for your comment Chris. Are you in the concret industry? After the Great Depression President Hoover began his job plan such as Hoover dam and it is those sort of projects as the infrastructure backbone that consume large amounts of cement while creating infrastructure and jobs. Obama tried to avoid this route yet after much resisting the USA will have to start on major infrastructure projects to revive the world enconomy and generate growth once again. Other countries will follow once US starts on its multi decade mega infrastructure programme that is now imminent.
